Chee Soon & Fitzgerald will be happy to exchange or refund items for up to 14 days after date of receipt of goods, provided the item(s) is(are) in as new condition. This exchange/refund policy does not apply to goods that have been used and/or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product, or if they have been dropped or broken. All postage and insurance costs are to be borne by the purchaser. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damage to goods during transit and therefore advise you to take out shipment registration and insurance with you rpostal carrier. Chee Soon & Fitzgerald will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit if you choose not to insure.
